Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Addlife, we strive to provide high-quality wellness and healthcare services, ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to our services and products.

1. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellations

  • Appointment Cancellations:
  • Clients can cancel their scheduled yoga, gym, aerobics, naturopathy, ayurveda, or ozone therapy sessions at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Membership & Subscription Cancellations:
  • Monthly or yearly memberships can be canceled within 7 days of activation for a partial refund, after deducting administrative charges.
  • No refunds will be provided for memberships canceled after 7 days of activation.
  • Treatment Package Cancellations:
  • Wellness treatment packages (naturopathy, ayurveda, ozone therapy, etc.) can be canceled before the first session for a full refund.
  • Once the treatment has started, no refunds will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

  • Session & Class Refunds:
  • If a session is canceled by Addlife due to unforeseen reasons, clients will be eligible for a reschedule or full refund.
  • If a client misses a session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  • Membership & Package Refunds:
  • Refunds for memberships and wellness packages are subject to deduction based on the number of sessions attended and administrative fees.
  • Product Purchases & Returns:
  • Health supplements, herbal products, and wellness equipment purchased from Addlife can be returned within 7 days if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless found defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in the client’s account.
  • Any transaction or bank processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be provided for partially used services, customized treatment plans, or one-time consultation fees.
  • The management reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
